Our Services

Weekly cutting The annual price of this service is based upon the number of cuts allowed. Depending on the amount of rainfall received, turf areas may or may not need the number of cuts detailed on contract. Final price will be adjusted down if the number of cuts promised does not occur. Additional cuttings above the contracted amount will be charged the per cut charge after approval by customer. Turf will be maintained at a 3" to 31/2" height throughout the growing season. Partial cuts are available and will be billed on a prorated basis. We do require a 48 hour notice if mowing is to be skipped or a partial mow/trip charged will be charged. We do not mow inside enclosed patios unless contract specifies.
Weekly Trimming Edges along walks, drives, and mulch beds will be trimmed to the same height as cutting.. Areas behind air conditioner units, enclosed patios, around ground wires, or in mulch beds or tree rings are not trimmed... Woodlines will be maintained to the edge where tree and brush allow.
Clean Up Includes removal of trash from turf areas prior to mowing and the removal of clippings from sidewalks, streets, open patios, etc… Excessive trash and debris on jobsite may require an up charge.
Edging
Service includes mechanical edging of all concrete sidewalks and driveways. Asphalt areas are not included. Curblines are not included unless specified.
Fertilization Program
All applications will include a complete fertilizer with at least 20% slow-release Nitrogen. Broadleaf weed control is included in each application if weather allows and weeds are present. The first application of growing season will include a pre-emergent for crabgrass and other summer annuals. No guarantee property will be clean of crabgrass as weather conditions and turf density will contribute to crabgrass populations. Recommendations will be made if crabgrass becomes an issue. Yellow nutsedge, purple nutsedgge, and tall fescue varities are not controlled by turf program. Control available at an additional cost. Control of surface feeding insects and grubs is not included in fertility program. Please note, we will guarantee the results of turf program if at least four applications are agreed to in contract. However, if three or fewer applications are taken, we cannot guarantee control of broadleaf weed or health of turfgrass. Disease problems and weather conditions will play a part in health and viatality of turfgrass. Periodic inspections will be made and any problems of note or additional services needed will be discussed with customer. In addition, any problems of note with turfgrass areas prior to execution of contract will be outlined and discussed with customer.
Insect Control
Will control surface feeding insects only, i.e. Chinch bugs, webworms, aphids, billbugs. Will not control grubs, cutworms, armyworms or other sub-surface feeders. Also please note is not an effective control for fleas, ticks, flys, mosquitos, or ants.
Grub Prevention
Will be applied mid-June to late-July prior to grub activity. Product must be watered in within 48 hours of application. The watering- in of product is the responsibility of the customer. Please note, grub prevention will not control surface feeding insects. We cannot guarantee the success of grub prevention due to the watering restrictions of label, however,
Aeration
A crucial part of turfgrass management and should be performed no fewer than once every three growing seasons. Includes aeration of all turfgrass area where necessary machinery can be utilized. Cores will be at least 2" in depth. Overseeding after aeration is available at an additional cost
Base Lawn Care Package
We provide the following eight month, landscape maintenance package. We also have a full service package available.
During the high growth season (Mid-March to End-October ) you get:

Bi-weekly edging
Fertilizing once per month with golf course grade fertilizer
Weed control inside the lawn
Rates starting as low as $125 PER MONTH if you sign up for our Automatic Payments Service and $140 if you prefer to be invoiced monthly. Invoices are sent out on the 15th of every month and are due at the end of that month.
